Description
The Flamingo Willow Tree... Exceptional summer beauty, a striking colour match, and formed into an attractive standard shape.
Bare stems become covered in foliage from spring, often with dainty catkins, stretching into a mass of creamy pink variegation. New bright shoots rest against the white mottled and marbled leaves, for an attention-grabbing look. This colour contrast remains constant across many summer days, yet completely evolves to green as autumn approaches.
Thriving even in smaller spaces or pots, this low maintenance tree has been shaped into a standard form, with a head of foliage above a clear stem. Simply hack back in late autumn to retain the attractive shape. This decorative plant is a beautiful gift option and we even do all the gift wrapping for you, wrapped in a brown hessian bag with a green fabric bow.
Supplied as an established standard plant in a 3L pot, already around 80-90cm tall, ready to plant or gift.
Flowers around March – April and grows to an approximate eventual size of 250cm tall by 150cm wide.
