Hardy and slow-growing, this Acer retains an attractive look, making it an idyllic specimen plant, particularly as orange flashes of colour stand out against the greenery of the surrounding garden. Foliage is bright orange in spring, greenish in summer, then orange yellow in autumn. Even in winter, when it loses its leaves, 'Orange Dream' continued to thrill with bright green bark.
Very hardy and easy to grow in sun or light shade, this is a beautiful shrub, which also produces yearly reddish-purple flowers.
