Description
A welcome patio addition - fall for the impressively long blooming period of the double-flowering Lilac 'Palibin'. Colourful and fragrant blooms first emerge in May, flush through summer, before reaching a second crescendo of colour in September.
While classic lilacs are known for taking over the beds and borders they're planted in, this dwarf variety will behave, allowing the grower to enjoy fragrant flowers without constant maintenance - just be sure to deadhead through the season to see even more colour.
Slow growing, very hardy, and easy to care for, this lilac has been expertly grafted into a standard form, with a head of foliage sitting above a clear stem, in a lollipop-like shape. This superb gift plant is supplied already wrapped in a brown hessian bag, tied with a green fabric bow.
Supplied as an established plant in a 3L pot, approximately 90-120cm tall, and ready to gift or plant.
Flowering May – September, growing to an approximate eventual size of 250cm tall by 150cm wide.
